One Tip of Healthy Life


Taking proper sleep is one of the healthy Tip of Life.  Taking proper sleep is as beneficial as it provides mental health to body. Nowadays we see so many people facing Hypertension, Snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia, sleep deprivation, and restless legs syndrome, are most commonly found in Americans.
Employees not getting proper sleep at Monday:
Business man not been able to work at their office efficiently and properly when they not get proper sleep last night especially you clearly seen the effect of not taking proper sleep at Monday.


When house wife no getting proper sleep
House wife has to do all work of home from morning to sleeping time but when women when not getting proper sleep she feels headache after some time. Why this so it all because of not taking proper rest.
Human Brain is Just like a car engine. It working depends upon how much you care of it.

When School going Kids not getting properly sleep
School children are yawning in schools and mostly sleep over their desk, it seems to be quite funny but it’s true. As Doctors advice to students that they must take sleep of at-least 8 Hours.

At special Events and Busy Schedule Life
In case of marriage ceremony or birthday events, many of us going to bed at late night and awoke up early in the morning due to this they feel lot of tiredness at the end of event.

Sleep Plays an Important Role over Mental Health;
No Tea no medicine works rather than of sleeping in case of headache. For proper mental health and care you should take proper sleep.
